Heartbreaking. I sooo wanted these to work, but they were just WAAAAY too narrow (and I don’t have particularly wide feet - other Gentle Souls shoes fit me just fine). I’m surprised no one noted how narrow they are. My feet were spilling out the sides (and again, seriously, I don’t have wide feet). I considered keeping them, hoping they’ll stretch, but even then, the actual sole of the shoe isn’t wide enough. I hate to send these back, but I don’t see much alternative. If GS can make these a little wider, I will buy them in every color.

FINALLY CAVED AND I LOVE 'EM -
They're crazy expensive (how are all these teenagers wearing them?) and I've now seen the light. They're more comfortable than slippers. The gray is very attractive. I love them so much that I bought a second pair (the metallic pewter which -- I beg to differ -- are not metallic but do have a nice sheen) so that I wouldn't be wearing the same pair day in and day out. Haven’t worn them in the rain or snow and will most likely wait for a year or two and not take a chance that it would make them look like crap. Bought the Ugg care kit but haven't tried it yet. I'm counting the months that I'll be able to wear these boots. Until the end of March and then maybe I'll have to switch to regular shoes. About 4 more months of bliss!!

Perfect!!!!
1st pair of UGGS and just LOVE them! I usually wear a size 10 boot and size 9 1/2 shoe, I listened to other reviews and ordered a size down, and the 9 fit perfectly!!! And I still have room by my toes. I read what some said that they couldn't fit jeans into the boot but I have no problem with that at all! They're casual enough for the day and look great for going out at night. I did buy the weather spray also and have since worn them in the rain and wet snow (I'm in Buffalo, NY) and have absolutely no marks on them at all, still look brand new. I love them!!! I want the sand color next!

I love these boots! I had a "fake" pair 2 years ago and they were cozy, but I see now why the real thing is SO much better and worth the price! They are great quality, look and the comfort is amazing!

Run a little big -
I would recommend going down a size or two because they stretch and do run a little big. Other than that they are the warmest most comfortable boots I have owned.

Keep it Classic!
Uggs are SUCH a safe bet for a comfortable winter boot. I've lived in Chicago all my life and I hate that I only discovered Uggs 4 years ago. This is my second pair and they’re just as comfortable and cute as the last. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

You can't go wrong with UGGS -
This is my second pair of Uggs and I love them. The second pair is a bit tighter around the ankle so they are not as easy to put on, at least for right now, but I know they will stretch out. I normally wear a size 9, but got these in 8, since they run a full size larger. And as always, getting stuff from Zappos is a breeze, and I love getting my shoes the very next day. Love Zappos!

UGG Classic Tall -
I already have a pair in brown. I just recently ordered the gray pair and I love them. So cute and so comfy that even my boyfriend wants a pair now. Gray goes with anything, especially looks cute with pink. A definite MUST HAVE, especially for the cold winter months. They keep your feet really warm.

Ugg's Classic Tall -
These boots are as good as people say. I wanted to buy them last year but was unable too. Finally I purchased them and was thrilled. They are very comfortable and warm. My daughter also has a pair of Ugg boots; therefore, I purchased the cleaning kit, which is wonderful. The overnight delivery was also wonderful. Thanks Zappos.

Comfort and compliments in a classic look -
These are the workhorses of my footwear/bootwear collection whenever I need/want to look pulled together. I wear them consistently with slim black pants tucked in, no socks/hose and either a blazer or tunic style top. It's flattering on me and sort of a signature look. Every three or four years I get a replacement pair. Amortize the cost and it’s pennies or less a day for all the wear I get. Only the Uggs last and have the fit and proper genuine shearling which bathe my feet in all day comfort. ONE caveat - NOT for foul weather! Use your Sperry's for rain/snow. Every now and then, I brush the suede and I'm good to to.

Fantastic shoes and Zappos makes it even better!
Zappos had the lowest price I've found online for Uggs and always has them in stock, even right before winter! I got an email saying my order had been upgraded to priority shipping and that made it so much sweeter. Zappos is one of the few online stores I trust to keep my information secure and one of the best companies out there.

These boots run large; I buy an 8 when I'm an 8.5 or 9 in most other brands. They are great winter boots; they look great with skirts and tights or leggings, very flattering. You can stand in the snow all day in them.

I typically wear a 9.5 and followed the advice of many and got a 9. After a few wearings, it really stretched. If I could return I would, but I've already worn outside.

My first pair of Ugg's...
This is my first pair of Ugg boots and am wonderfully pleased. Great quality and oh so comfy. As advertised they run a little large. I wear a 6.5 or 7 and ordered a size 6, which is perfect. Equally impressed with Zappos!! Ordered boots online, and without any additional fees my boots were upgraded to next day shipping. I could not believe the speed and accuracy of my order. Zappos free shipping and returns takes the uncertainty out of shopping online.

Ugg Tall - warm, comfortable, but still ugg-ly -
These are great boots -- especially for teenagers and college kids who find themselves tromping around in snow. These were a gift for my step-daughter. After reading the Zappos reviews, I knew to buy them slightly smaller than her 8.5 normal US size.

I haven't ever purchased a pair of Uggs before, and I gotta say...they are the comfiest pair of shoes I've ever worn. It's starting to get cold out and my feet stay soo toasty and warm in all of that wool!
I will say to order the smaller size when deciding. I normally wear an 8 1/2 or a 9. The size 8 Uggs even feel a bit on the big side. Buy a size down! :)

I actually bought the Ugg boots as a Christmas gift for my daughter so I'm not sure how they fit yet, but they look great and I am so impressed with the EARLY and FREE delivery--you cannot find such customer service anywhere else!! I think she is going to love them!!

I love my Uggs. I have about 5 pairs and don't regret buying any of them. The only issue is that I wish I would have gotten them a size smaller. I’m an 8 1/2 and I got an 8 which ended up being too big. I ended up with a 7 and that was perfect.

I recently ordered the Ugg Classic Tall boots and was more than satisfied with Zappos. I ordered them late one Sunday night, and chose normal shipping (I think it was supposed to be 4-5 days)... much to my delight, I got an email the next day saying they upgraded me to overnight shipping, FREE :) How great is that? They were at my door by noon on Tuesday! FYI- I normally wear a size 7.5, however in Uggs a size 6 fits great. The boots do stretch quite a bit once they're broken in...

I bought the grey in a size 6 (1/2 size smaller than I normally wear). Fits great and they are so comfortable. My feet are always warm, and the color is a great neutral so I can wear with anything.

These are the greatest boots ever!! They look fab with skinny jeans or with sweats, anything really!! I wear a size 7 - 7 1/2 and I ordered a size 6. Definitely go smaller. I have another pair of Uggs that I have in a 7 but the 6 is a lot better, if fits a ton better and overall...if you are a 7 or 7 1/2 go with a 6 for sure. I don't have narrow or wide feet, I guess...average? Anyway, they are amazing boots...Zappos is awesome!! I ordered these at midnight and got them 1 day later at noon! The overnight shipping worked for my impatience!
